Embroidered Sweatshirt

Do you want to keep your precious loved one’s clothing items, but don’t want them sitting in a box anymore and aren’t interested in a keepsake bear, animal, or quilt? Another way to remember your loved one could be one of Forever Stitches’ Personalized Sweatshirts. This could be a sentimental name appliquéd and embroidered in the clothing of your loved one. Forever Stitches also offers the option to have additional embroidery under the appliqué letters or on one or both sleeves.

I can also do something incredibly special: taking a photo of a drawing or handwriting and then stitching it out exactly as it appears in the photo. This extra option is available for $20.

Forever Stitches uses the highest quality Gildan clothing, specifically the Softstyle Adult Crewneck Sweatshirts SF000, made from 80% ring-spun US cotton and 20% polyester. They are available in small, medium, large, extra-large, 2XL, and 3XL, and come in a range of colors. If you need a larger size than 3XL, please contact me. These sweatshirts run true to size, so for an oversized fit, please order 1-2 sizes up. Please refer to the provided size guide. Once your sweatshirt has been appliquéd, refunds or exchanges for sizing cannot be facilitated.

Examples of names you can have are MUMMA, MAMA, DADA, GRANDMA, GRANNY, NANA, NINI, AUNTY, and many more. Names cannot be longer than 8 characters. Please note that the longer the name, the smaller the design may be. For the appliqué letters on a sweatshirt, I can use as few or as many different items of clothing as you like. Please leave a note if you want a specific item placed in a particular spot on your sweatshirt. You can have a different fabric for each letter, alternate fabrics, half and half, or a surprise. For names longer than 4 characters, I will need more than 3 different items. Any unused items will be sent back to you.

How it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Keepsake Style
During checkout, you’ll have the option to select any personalisations and accessories via a dropdown box.

Step 2: Confirmation Email
Once your purchase is complete and you’ve provided your email address, you’ll receive a confirmation email from info@foreverstitches.com. This email will include the mailing address to send your clothing items to. Please remember to include your full name and order number in/on the package. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 3: Send Your Clothing Items
You’ll need to ship your clothing items to us at your own expense. The confirmation email will also detail how many items of clothing are needed for your chosen keepsake. Feel free to send extra items if you wish. Any unused items can either be returned to you or donated—just select your preference. Please ensure all clothing items are washed before sending.

Step 4: Crafting Your Keepsake
Once we receive your items, I’ll begin crafting your keepsake.

Keepsakes will be completed in 3-6 monthly intervals, in the order that items are received.  If you need your keepsake by a specific date or within my standard turnaround time, please contact me. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and ensure timely delivery. Please note that the turnaround time begins once I receive your items.

Step 5: Receive Your Keepsake
When your keepsake is complete, I’ll ship it back to you via Australia Post and provide you with a tracking number.
