Squares Quilt

The Forever Stitches Squares Quilt is the perfect way to showcase the different clothes worn by your child or much-loved adult. This quilt is made with three layers called a quilt sandwich: a quilt top made from your loved one’s clothing, a middle batting layer for comfort, and a backing fabric of your choice that incorporates the colors from the front of the quilt. All quilts are stitched together using a “stitch in the ditch” method of quilting.

Additionally, if you would like Free Motion Quilting, Ruler Quilting, or Long Arm Quilting to stitch the quilt layers together, I can offer this with a range of quilting patterns for an additional cost of $70. You can also have your loved one’s name embroidered on your quilt for an extra $20.

This quilt comes in four different sizes:

• 25 squares: 29” x 41” (75cm x 105cm)
• 42 squares: 36” x 42” (91cm x 106cm)
• 56 squares: 42” x 48” (106cm x 121cm)
• 81 squares: 54″ x 54″ (137cm x 137cm)

If you live outside of NSW and are ordering two or more keepsakes, please include large postage bags with your order. Shipping costs for multiple keepsakes outside of NSW can range up to $30, so providing these bags helps manage those expenses. How it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Keepsake Style
During checkout, you’ll have the option to select any personalisations and accessories via a dropdown box.

Step 2: Confirmation Email
Once your purchase is complete and you’ve provided your email address, you’ll receive a confirmation email from foreverstitcheskeepsakes@gmail.com. This email will include the mailing address to send your clothing items to. Please remember to include your full name and order number in/on the package. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 3: Send Your Clothing Items
You’ll need to ship your clothing items to us at your own expense. The confirmation email will also detail how many items of clothing are needed for your chosen keepsake. Feel free to send extra items if you wish. Any unused items can either be returned to you or donated—just select your preference. Please ensure all clothing items are washed before sending.

Step 4: Crafting Your Keepsake
Once I receive your items, I’ll begin crafting your keepsake.

Keepsakes will be completed in 3-6 monthly intervals, in the order that items are received.  If you need your keepsake by a specific date or within my standard turnaround time, please contact me. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and ensure timely delivery. Please note that the turnaround time begins once I receive your items.

Step 5: Receive Your Keepsake
When your keepsake is complete, I’ll ship it back to you via Australia Post and provide you with a tracking number.
